A weekly children’s ministry based in Washington, IL, reaching children across the Peoria area — where kids hear the Gospel, memorize God’s Word, make friends, and have fun. And we’ll even pick them up.
We are a 501(c)(3) organization based in Washington, IL, whose primary goal is to teach young people across the Peoria area about God and His love. Our goal is to see children live their lives serving God, placing their faith in Him for their eternal destiny, and having success in life doing things God’s way. We teach that God’s Word has the answers for all of life’s questions, and that following the guidebook of the Bible in life equals true success. We strive each week to share as much of God’s Word as possible through preaching, Bible memory time, and weekly devotional sheets which help the children establish the habit of daily being in God’s Word.
Every week, children across the Peoria area hear that God loves them, learn His Word, and discover that life works best God’s way. We’d love for your child to be part of it.

A night at Children of God Ministries is built around three things: God’s Word, friendship, and fun. Kids arrive off the bus to a warm welcome, then move through Bible memory time, a preaching and teaching time geared right to their level, and game time that sends them home smiling. Along the way they take home a weekly devotional sheet to help them build the habit of being in God’s Word every day. It’s lively, it’s joyful, and every part of it points children to Jesus.
We believe the years of childhood are the most important time to plant God’s truth in a young heart. A child who learns early that God loves them, that the Bible has the answers to life’s questions, and that real success comes from following God, carries that foundation for the rest of their life. That is the privilege we’re given every single week — and we don’t take it lightly.
We know you’re trusting us with your children, and we take that seriously. Our leaders are here to love your kids, keep them safe, and point them to Christ. We handle bus pickup and drop-off, follow clear conduct guidelines, and keep you informed. Our children’s ministry is completely free — just sign your child up and we’ll take it from there.
Our main ministry night is every Wednesday, 6:30–8:30 PM — Bible teaching, memory, games, and plenty of fun.
We run buses and vans to bring children to club. Pickup begins shortly after 5 PM.
On a limited basis we also pick up for Sunday morning Sunday school and church as kids grow in Christ.
